 Session Proposal Guidelines

Do you have a case study or sotry you would like to share? Our official call for presentations is open. Here are the types of presentations we are looking for:

1) Employer Case Studies - Presented 100% by an employer

2) Sponsored Sessions (limit six) - Presented by a vendor and an employer (employer must present 50% of the content). Sponsored sessions are $7,500 and include an exhibit booth.

3) Featured sessions - Presented by a leading industry expert not associated (or very loosely associated) wth a product or service.

  • Speaker contact information
  • Session title, 75-100 word description an 3-5 key takeaways

Some limitations may apply and proposals with a strong marketing component will not be considered for inclusion. The deadline for speaker submissions is July 21, 2016 and few submissions received after this date will be accepted. ​
