Your registration includes access to all of the conference sessions, conference materials, the virtual conference, the exhibit area, continental breakfasts, Tuesday lunch, refreshment breaks, and receptions.
Save 20% by registering teams of four or more! A separate registration form is required for each individual and registrations must be received at the same time.
Substitution and Cancellation
Meeting Cancellation & Transfers are subject to an administrative fee per program of:
Prior to 30 days before the program - $100
Within 30 days of the program - $200
On or after opening day of the program - forfeiture of all registration fees
Transfer Funds to Next Year's Conference
$50 per meeting (no increase within 30 days of meeting)
Funds can be used by anyone representing the same organization. Funds held on account must be used by the end of December in the year after the cancelled meeting. Funds not utilized by the end of this time will be refunded, minus a $100 administrative charge.
Name Changes (Replacements) for the same meeting are processed at no charge. Fill out a registration form for the new individual and indicate the name of the person being replaced.
Note, there is a specific cancellation policy for the CWWS Preconference as follows:
Should you be unable to attend, a substitute delegate is
welcome at no extra charge. A charge of 10% of the registration fee will be
made for cancellations received in writing (or e-mailed with confirmation
received) more than 15 business days prior to the start of the event. A charge
of 50% of the registration fee will be assessed for cancellations received 15
or less business days prior to the start of the event. If you have any
